ATS 008: Things to Remember when Starting to Work From Home
Oh yes! Work from home is a real freedom when you can manage your own schedule. It is one of the answers to daily commuting and also has a competitive compensation package.
I understand that most of the time, once we received our salary, we pay for the expenses first before we decide to pay for mandatory benefits by our constitution. I mean not all but for some it is, and I am one of them.
Basically because we don’t see the benefits of these benefits. (huh?!) We don’t see the advantages of why we should not forget to contribute for these benefits. And as one of them, in this episode, I will share with you why it is important and hopefully to become a priority on your list too.
