Our mind is a weird place and it is totally normal. What it needs is understanding and managing at times of challenges.

Meditation is a powerful tool to help our mind manage stress and all the negative things we encounter.

In this episode, I will share with you why 5-minutes a day, everyday, in the morning, is the best way to include a meditation routine so that you can have a structured day.
