This episode is just a quick reminder of our duties as Freelancers in the Philippines. No matter how big or small our income is, we still need to comply with these duties. Each item on this episode has its own importance in our life and will be helpful when we need it.

It feels good as an Online Worker because we don’t need to go out of our country, we can find jobs and serve foreign clients without leaving our families. We can earn dollars without leaving our home.

There’s a reason now to earn more without leaving our home and it’s a great opportunity especially for those who have their own children.

You really don’t know what is going inside your body, on your cells, on your blood. As the saying says, “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. Basically means that eating nutritious food will make you healthier. As a result, you won’t need to go to the doctor very often. But how sure are you that the food you take is good for your body?

We MUST take care of our body. But how would you know how to take care if you are not sure which one to have a priority care? That’s why it would be helpful if you visit a doctor and have your regular checkup. That way you have a companion to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Having a checkup is really expensive especially in private hospitals, I know! Public hospitals are always available. If you need a checkup, and you don’t have any savings then this can be your choice. You can also check on the hospitals for the “OPD”, it’s the Out-Patient Diagnostic. This service is for cheaper services within the hospital. Either there is a minimal consultation fee or a free one. Then in the laboratory services, they have lesser prices. The only thing you need to remember to avail these services is that you have to wait or line up for longer lines. It takes time but you have to reserve that patience. Also, it may depend on the hospital if you can have an overall checkup or just ask you what you are experiencing to assign you to a specialist.
